Welcome to Claim Advisors LLC. By accessing or using our lead intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Subscription Billing & Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each new cycle.
- Continuous Service: Your service will continue, and your payment method will be charged, until you expressly cancel your subscription.
- Payment Failure: It is your responsibility to keep payment information up to date. Failure to process payment may result in the suspension of services and the forfeiture of any promotional pricing or legacy status.
2. Account Modifications
You may adjust your subscription tier or the number of user licenses at any time. These changes are handled as follows:
Upgrades (Adding Seats or Increasing Tier)
Changes that increase your subscription cost (e.g., adding user licenses, moving to a higher tier) are effective immediately. You will be granted instant access to the new features or licenses. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and the full new rate will apply at the start of the next cycle.
Downgrades (Reducing Seats or Decreasing Tier)
Changes that lower your subscription cost (e.g., removing user licenses, moving to a lower tier) will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current level of service and license count until the current billing period expires. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused licenses during the current cycle.
3. Pricing Protection & Legacy Status
We value long-term relationships. As such, we offer "Grandfathered Pricing" for early adopters and active subscribers.
- Price Lock Guarantee: Any individual user discounts, promotional codes, or "Early Access" pricing tiers will remain in effect for your account indefinitely, provided your subscription remains active and in good standing.
- Loss of Discount: If your subscription is canceled, suspended due to non-payment, or lapses for any reason, you forfeit your grandfathered pricing status.
- Reactivation: If you choose to reactivate a subscription after a cancellation or lapse, you will be subject to the current market rates and standard pricing available at the time of reactivation. Previous discounts cannot be reinstated.
4. Company & Enterprise Accounts
For accounts designated as Company or Enterprise entities, the following specific terms apply:
- Base Configuration (Default Package): Upon account creation, all Company Accounts are provisioned with a mandatory "Base Package." This package includes one (1) Administrative User seat and an initial block of five (5) End User licenses.
- Minimum Requirements: The Base Package (1 Admin + 5 Licenses) constitutes the minimum subscription level for Company Accounts. The account cannot be downgraded below this threshold.
- Additional License Batching: Any End User licenses added beyond the initial five must be purchased in batches of five (5). Licenses cannot be purchased individually (e.g., total End User license counts must be 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.).
- Administrative Control: Only the designated Company Admin is authorized to make changes to the subscription, including upgrading tiers, adding license batches, or canceling the service. End users do not have permission to modify billing details or subscription levels.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused services.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Claim Advisors LLC aggregates data from various public and private sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data points (including contact numbers or property details) are 100% current or error-free. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
